Difference Between 810nm and 1070nm
1.Both are effective for brain health.
2.1070nm wavelength produced rapid and significant improvement in both mood and memory loss symptoms. It is also better to be used for neurodegenerative, chronic pain, and neuropsychiatric disorders.810nm wavelength is better to improve cognitive and behavioral symptoms associated with stroke, mild head injury and post-concussion chronic pain conditions. Usage Guildelines
1.It is recommended to use six times a week for 24 minutes each time, once a day, and adhere to the treatment for 8-12 weeks.
2.This helmet supports two working modes: CW (continuous wave, beads will be on all the time) and PW (Pulsing mode, beads will be on and off cyclically at certain frequency.)
3.Pulsing is superior to CW for most application except nerve regeneration. Please try to use PW (pulsing working) mode to enjoy your treatments except nerve regeneration.
4.Frequency is from 1-20000Hz, common use frequency is 4 preset frequency (see how to choose frequency in the manual).
5.810nm is visible and you can see 810nm diodes working by eyes or phones in the dark room; 1070nm is invisible, it is normal.You can see 1070nm diodes working by accessory detected card.
6.Please wear the goggles (protection glasses) when you enjoy treatment.
How to Use?
Step 1: Connecting the controller with the helmet.
Step 2: Long press it to power on or power off.
Step 3: Press up and down button to choose working mode, time, frequency and power.
Step 4: Press left and right button to set the mode you choose.
Step 5: Press OK button to let led diodes work or stop.

How do I use this device?
To use the device, simply unpack it, plug it into a portable battery or power adapter via USB-C, and turn it on. Press the quick start button for immediate use, or connect via the app for enhanced control over your programs!
Which pre-set programs should I use?
PEACE: uses a 10 Hz pulse rate that is associated with alpha brain activity and fostering a relaxed state of consciousness. The light intensity is low so that you can enjoy a longer exposure time of 9 minutes. This program can be used with meditation activities or other integrative mind-body awareness practices to further calm your central nervous system.
FOCUS: uses a 40 Hz pulse rate associated with gamma brain waves. Gamma waves have been shown to improve cognitive functioning, including short-term memory, reaction time, and mental flexibility.
BALANCE: the 14 Hz Beta brain waves help to increase attention and clarity. This pulse rate is also associated with increased adenosine triphosphate (ATP) production.
GLOW: Encourages renewal and revitalization of cellular health, increasing blood flow and aiding removal of waste products. This program can be used for supporting general brain wellness. The Custom setting allows you to adjust the time, intensity and pulse rate at any time.
How long should I use the device for?
There is a biphasic response, so using the device too much may cancel out the benefits. Please make sure to follow the instruction guide or the advice of your Neuronic consultant.
How often does the device need to be used?
We usually recommend that the device be used once or twice a day, but at least 3 times per week. This may vary from individual to individual based on the age, medical history and lifestyle.
Why can’t I see the lights inside my helmet?
Because our LEDs use a specific type of light in the near infrared range at 810nm and 1070 nm which is invisible to the human eye.
