1. Return Policy (180 Days)
We offer a 180-day return policy. You can apply for a return within 180 days of receiving your order.
Return Conditions:
The item must be unused or in good condition (unless the item arrived damaged).
The item must be in its original packaging.
Proof of purchase is required.
After receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved. Approved refunds will be returned to your original payment account within 5-7 business days.

3. Order Processing Time
Orders will be processed within 1-3 business days after payment.
After shipment, we will send you a tracking number via email.
4. Order Cancellation Policy
You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it or before shipment. If cancelled within the specified time, you will receive a full refund.
Once an order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled. You can still request a return after receiving the goods.
5. Refund
After we receive and inspect your returned goods:
If the refund is approved, the funds will be returned to your original payment account.
A 10% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
Your bank or credit card issuer may require additional time to process the refund.
6. Exchange
If you wish to exchange the product for a different model:
Please contact us before sending the item back.
Exchanges will be processed after the original item is returned and inspected.
