2. Orders & Payments
· Order Acceptance: All orders are subject to availability and our approval. We will confirm or refuse your order via registered email within 2 business days of receiving it. We may refuse or cancel an order for reasons including (but not limited to):
- Product unavailability (we will offer a full refund or alternative product of equal value);
- Suspected fraud (we will provide you with basic evidence of fraud suspicion, such as mismatched billing/shipping addresses, within 3 business days of cancellation);
- Invalid shipping/billing information (we will first request correction via email; if no response is received within 3 business days, the order will be canceled);
- Violations of these terms.
· You will be notified via email if your order is canceled, with a clear reason and refund timeline (if applicable).
· Payment Methods: We accept payments via credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, JCB, American Express, Diners Club, Discover), PayPal, Google Pay, Apple Pay. All payment transactions are encrypted via SSL technology to protect your financial information
· Pricing: Prices are listed in USD unless otherwise specified. All prices are subject to change without notice, but confirmed orders will be honored at the price at checkout. If a pricing error is found (e.g., obvious underpricing due to system failure), we will notify you within 1 business day and let you choose to:
- Cancel the order for a full refund;
- Proceed with the order at the correct price (with a 5% discount as compensation for the inconvenience).
· Prices do not include customs duties, import taxes, or local fees (see Section 3 for details).
· Billing/Shipping Information: You are responsible for providing accurate and complete billing and shipping information. Errors in information may result in delivery delays, additional fees, or order cancellation. We will notify you of information errors within 3 business days and give you 3 business days to correct them; we are not liable for issues caused by incorrect information not corrected in time.
3. Shipping & Delivery
· Delivery Timelines: Delivery times are estimates (as outlined in our [Shipping & Delivery Policy] and not guaranteed. Factors like customs delays, weather, or logistics disruptions (including public health events) may extend delivery. We will notify you of delivery delays exceeding 48 hours via email.
· Risk of Loss:
- For users in the EU/EEA or countries with mandatory cooling-off period laws: Risk of loss or damage to products remains with us until the end of the cooling-off period (14 days from delivery). If the product is lost/damaged during this period, we will provide a free replacement or full refund.
- For other users: Risk of loss or damage to products transfers to you upon delivery (i.e., when the carrier confirms receipt at your shipping address).
· Customs & Fees: International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or local handling fees, which are your sole responsibility. We will provide the product’s HS code and commercial invoice (with actual order value) to help you calculate potential fees; we recommend checking with your local customs office for details before ordering.
4. Returns & Refunds

· Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for unused, unaltered items in original packaging (unsealing for inspection only does not count as "used").
· Refunds (minus applicable return shipping fees, if any) will be:
- Initiated within 3 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item (we will notify you of the inspection result via email);
- Completed within 14 business days of initiation, via your original payment method (no store credit will be offered unless you voluntarily choose it).
· Return shipping fees are your responsibility unless the return is due to our error (e.g., defective or incorrect items; we will provide a prepaid shipping label within 1 business day of confirming the error). Restocking fees do not apply.
5. Intellectual Property

9. Force Majeure
· We shall not be liable for delays or failures to perform due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, pandemics, wars, government actions, or logistics disruptions.
