To ensure faster delivery, we ship from the nearest warehouse based on your location. Our warehouses and their addresses are as follows:

3. Processing & Delivery Times
Delivery timelines include two parts: order processing time (preparing your order for shipment) and transit time (shipping to your address).
A. Orders Shipped from Overseas Warehouses (USA, Germany, UK, Australia)
· Processing Time: 1–3 business days (after order confirmation).
· Transit Time: 3–7 business days via DHL, UPS, or FedEx.
· Total Estimated Delivery: 4–10 business days from order placement.
B. Orders Shipped from China (Hubei)
For items not stocked in overseas warehouses:
· Processing Time:
· Standard items: 3–5 business days.
· Special items (e.g., customized or high-demand products): 5–15 business days.
· Transit Time: 10–20 business days via DHL, UPS, or FedEx.
· Total Estimated Delivery: 13–35 business days (standard items) or 15–35 business days (special items) from order placement.
4. Carriers
All orders are shipped via trusted international carriers: DHL, UPS, or FedEx, depending on your location and warehouse.
5. Customs & Import Duties
· International orders may be subject to customs fees, import taxes, or duties, which are determined by your country’s customs regulations.
· These fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our free shipping offer. We recommend checking with your local customs office for estimated costs before ordering.
