3. About Tax
Please note that all items shipped from China are sent on a delivery duty unpaid (DDU) basis. This means once your parcel reaches its destination country, it may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes in accordance with local regulations. Any such charges are the sole responsibility of the customer and must be paid upon arrival.
If a customer refuses to accept the package due to these import-related fees, they will be fully responsible for all associated costs, including return shipping fees, customs charges, and handling expenses.
Please be informed that in compliance with international customs regulations, we cannot declare purchased items as "gifts" or list a value lower than the actual product price on shipping documents.
4. Carriers
All orders are shipped via trusted international carriers: DHL, UPS, or FedEx, depending on your location and warehouse. For shipments from Hubei, China to global destinations, we may also cooperate with regional logistics partners (e.g., Aramex for Middle East, Japan Post for Japan) to optimize delivery efficiency.
5. Delays Due to Special Circumstances
・Delivery times are estimates and may be delayed by factors including:
・ Customs inspections or clearance delays.
・Severe weather, natural disasters, or transportation disruptions.
・Public health events (e.g., pandemics) leading to logistics restrictions.
・We will monitor delayed orders and provide updates via email. For concerns, contact our support team.
6. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, a tracking number will be sent to your registered email address (check spam folders if not received). You can track your package via the carrier’s website using this number. For multi-warehouse split shipments, separate tracking numbers will be provided for each package.
7. Assistance with Delivery Issues
