1. Processing

Orders typically take 1 - 3 business days to process (excluding holidays and weekends). Processing time refers to the period from order receipt to physical dispatch, which includes rigorous quality control checks to ensure product satisfaction.


Standard orders: 1 - 3 business days (varies by product complexity, size, and stock status).

Out-of stock items & Larger orders(amount over $1000) may take 7 - 15 business days.

3. About Tax
Please note that all items shipped from China are sent on a delivery duty unpaid (DDU) basis. This means once your parcel reaches its destination country, it may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes in accordance with local regulations. Any such charges are the sole responsibility of the customer and must be paid upon arrival.
· Cost details for refused packages: If a customer refuses to accept the package due to import-related fees, they will be fully responsible for all associated costs, including: 
  1. Return shipping fees (calculated by actual logistics cost from destination country to China); 
  2. Original customs duties/taxes paid by the carrier on behalf of the customer; 
  3. Warehouse storage fees ($5/day per package, charged by the destination country’s customs or carrier); 
  4. Customs clearance fees ($20–$50 per package, varies by country).
· Tariff estimation guide: To help you calculate potential costs in advance:
  - For EU countries: Use the European Commission’s Tariff Calculator (link: https://ec.europa.eu/taxation_customs/dds2/taric/taric_consultation.jsp) and enter the product’s HS code (provided on the product detail page).
  - For the US: Refer to the US International Trade Commission’s Harmonized Tariff Schedule (link: https://hts.usitc.gov/).
  - For Australia: Use the Australian Border Force’s Duty Calculator (link: https://www.homeaffairs.gov.au/trav/impo/duti/duty-calculator).
Please be informed that in compliance with international customs regulations, we cannot declare purchased items as "gifts" or list a value lower than the actual product price on shipping documents (this may result in customs penalties for both parties).

 

4. Carriers

All orders are shipped via trusted international carriers: DHL, UPS, or FedEx, depending on your location and warehouse. For shipments from Hubei, China to global destinations, we may also cooperate with regional logistics partners (e.g., Aramex for Middle East, Japan Post for Japan) to optimize delivery efficiency.

 

5. Delays Due to Special Circumstances
· Delivery times are estimates and may be delayed by factors divided into two categories:
  1. Uncontrollable delays (no compensation): Customs inspections/clearance delays, severe weather, natural disasters, transportation disruptions, public health events (e.g., pandemics) leading to logistics restrictions. We will send an email notification to your registered address within 24 hours of confirming the delay, with an updated estimated delivery time.
  2. Controllable delays (ZJKC’s responsibility): Warehouse processing overtime (exceeding the stated processing time), shipping from the wrong warehouse, or carrier assignment errors. For such delays:
     - Delay of 3–7 days: Provide a $10 store credit for future purchases.
     - Delay of 8–14 days: Offer a 10% refund on the order amount.
     - Delay over 15 days: Allow full order cancellation with a 100% refund (including any shipping fees paid) or a 15% store credit plus free expedited shipping for reshipment.
· We will monitor delayed orders daily and provide real-time updates via email. For concerns, contact our support team with your order number.

 

6. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, a tracking number will be sent to your registered email address within 24 hours. If you do not receive it after 48 hours (check spam folders first), contact our support team at info@zjkcshop.com with your order number to request a resend. 
· Tracking updates: Logistics information is updated 1–2 times daily by the carrier. You can track your package via the carrier’s official website (links to DHL/UPS/FedEx tracking pages are included in the tracking email).
