This photobiomodulation helmet offers a wide 1–20,000Hz adjustable frequency range, giving users more flexibility for personalized brain wellness routines. It also includes four quick-select preset frequencies for easier daily operation:
10Hz – Designed for a calm and relaxing wellness routine, suitable for comfortable daily use.
40Hz – Supports a more focused and refreshing light session for users who prefer an active wellness routine.

With both preset and manual frequency options, users can quickly start with simple programs or fine-tune settings based on personal comfort and routine needs.
Power button: Long press it to power on or power off.
OK button: Start or stop working.
Up / Down button: Choose menu.
Left / Right button: Increase or decrease power levels or frequency.
Step 1: Connecting cable, wear it and power on.
Step 2: Set working mode, frequency (PW mode) and treatment time.
Step 3: Click Ok and enjoy treatment.
5-10 min twice a day, not more than 30 min per day
