Power On: Press the power button on the control panel to turn on the device.
Adjust Settings:
1.Time Setting: Press the "Time" button and use the +/- buttons to adjust the duration in 5-minute steps, up to a maximum of 95 minutes.
2.Frequency Setting: Press the "Fixed/Adjust Frequency" button. If "Fixed Frequency" appears on the screen, use the +/- buttons to set your desired frequency. If "Adjust Frequency" is shown, use the +/- buttons to set your desired frequency.
3.Electric Stimulation: If the screen shows "Electric Shock," it is activated. If not displayed, it remains off.
4.Magnetic Field Strength: Switch between "Strong" and "Weak" modes, which grade is displayed, it is activated.
